1. Service General Terms
1.1 Declares the Accommodation Provider have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of WorldBedrooms and Terms applicable to the accommodation providers (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") by the will sign.
1.2 The Accommodation Provider accepts thus Terms and Conditions of WorldBedrooms and agree to be bound and abide by the same, comprising however that they can be changed whenever necessary.
1.3 The Terms are an integral part of this Accommodation Disclosure Agreement.
The whole of this accommodation Disclosure Agreement Terms will be referred to as "Agreement".
2. Percentage Commission and Deposit or Service Fee
2.1 With reference to paragraph 4.6 of the Terms, the minimum percentage of the commission (Landlord Fee) is 20% compared to the "First Rent".
For example, to an entity(client) that requires one apartment, rent of € 1000 month will be calculated to WorldBedrooms Landlord Fee of € 1000 * 20% + VAT = € 200+ VAT.
2.2 24 hours after check-in - and, in this period of time the client not Report any matter of disagreement with the reservation and accommodation, if it is as expected - it is up to WorldBedrooms proceeding with the transfer to the accommodation provider, of the first rent less the Landlord Fees with VAT. According to the previous example, the end of the first day of stay, WorldBedrooms transfers to the accommodation provider the amount of € 1000 - (€ 200 + VAT), of which result, € 754 of the first rent value that was in possession of WorldBedrooms less the amount of the Landlord Fee charged.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Based on the number 6 of the Terms and conditions accommodation provider must choose one of two cancellation options.
CANCELLATION FLEX: (a) Cancellation made less than 30 days before the date of check-in, no refunds will be due in respect the reservation of accommodation (Request for accommodation reservation is canceled);
(b) Cancellation made between 31 days and 60 days before date check in, the WorldBedrooms refund 50% of the first Rent;
(c) Cancellation made more than 60 days prior to check-in, the WorldBedrooms will refund 100% of the first Rent.
(d) with respect to paragraphs (a) and (b), the accommodation provider, in case of cancellation, will receive 70% of what remains of the first income after repayment made to the user while the remaining 30% of what remains to WorldBedrooms commission regarding these cases
CANCELLATION NOT-FLEX: after acceptance of the reservation by the housing provider and after the user has made payment of reserve, before signed any final accommodation agreement (lease) between the user and the accommodation provider, the user can cancel the accommodation reservation and be subject to the TOTAL LOSS OF ACCOMMODATION BOOKING VALUE, WHERE IS INCLUDED THE FIRST INCOME AND SERVICE FEE, these will be maintained by the Accommodation provider and WorldBedrooms respectively. Regarding the accommodation provider, they will receive 70% of the FIRST INCOME, the remaining 30% commission WorldBedrooms regarding
these cases.
4. Private Area and data integrity
4.1 The accommodation provider is obliged, even in terms of this Agreement, communicate in advance and by email, any changes made to accommodation or changes that violate this Agreement. The accommodation detail information, which includes change of physical characteristics, change in the layout of the rooms or the number of beds, change in lease terms should be reported by sending an email to

4.2 The accommodation provider undertakes to update, whenever necessary, in their private area provided by WorldBedrooms, prices and availability of houses, rooms or beds.
4.3 3 Accommodation Provider accepts, whenever there is any unavailability of any of their homes, rooms or beds, to upgrade this "unavailability" of their accommodation in their private area provided by WorldBedrooms.
5.Responsibility WorldBedrooms
5.1The Accommodation Provider instructs, in its sole interest, under this contract to WorldBedrooms to receive by the customer in the act of reserve the FIRST RENTS.
5.2 The Accommodation Provider further states that the WorldBedrooms not have and will never have any responsibility in the management and administration of the accommodations, introduced and announced in Worldbedrooms by the Accommodation provider.
