1. How to list a property?

Through the website using the dedicated link for the accommodation provider on "Be a Host". You will need to fill some information regarding your accommodation and some personal data in order for us to have your contact. Only after your property is verified by WorldBedrooms it will be visible on our website and ready for booking.

2.Do I have any cost using worldbedrooms?

Our website is free of charges for you, we don’t charge for listing your property and we don’t charge any service fee in each booking accepted.

3. What I need to do when receiving contacts from potential tenants??

Whenever there is a client interested in your home will receive a booking request confirmation via email automatically to make the booking confirmation. Have an accurate statement of the house, room, or even the bed, and in accordance with the dates and will have to confirm the availability of your home for those dates. Once done, do not have to worry about anything else as of checkin.


Note: You will receive a reminder one week before a new tenancy  starts in order for you to get everything ready to receive him.

4. The address of my property will be advertised in the in the website?

No. Your data will be visible only after a booking is confirmed by you. However, WorldBedrooms requires this information just to reference your property on the map.

5. Can I have my house listed anywhere else?

Yes you can. However we ask you to update the status of your property availability ASAP.

6. Do I need to sign a Contract?

When advertising in WorldBedrooms you will need to agree to the “Terms and Conditions”. Please read through before you agree and any questions please let us know.

7. My accommodation was already booked through another site. What should I do?

The WorldBedrooms gives you access to an exclusive private area for their use (free) where you can manage the availability of their accommodations which should be constantly updated, so that your home appears not available for times when in fact it is not. Thus avoids inconvenience for customers, to you, and the very WorldBedrooms.

8. I’m not able to update the property availability

If you are not able to access your private area to update the property availability or other information, please contact our support team as soon as possible, providing your name, tax number or WorldBedrooms ID. You can also use "contact us" link in our website.

9. I no longer want to advertise my property on WorldBedrooms. What should I do?

Just simply send us an email to MyAccount@WorldBedrooms.com making that request. The information will be updated within a maximum of 24 hour period.

10. Can I have more than one property/accommodation advertised at the same time?

Yes you can. You just need to follow the same procedure for all the properties/accommodations you want to list.

11. How much time do I have to accept or deny a reservation request?

To meet our standards we ask you to valid a reservation request in 48 hours. After that time we will give to the Customer other options that will match is criteria.

12. How do I accept a reservation request?

The reservation request is sent by email. After receiving it you just need to accept or deny the booking using the links that will follow with the email. If you find any issues and unable to do so please contact our Local Team.

13. Can I deny a Booking Request?

Yes you can. If you do so we will suggest other possible accommodations to the tenant. We just ask you to give your answer to the request in 48h.

14. Can I speak to the Customer before accepting the reservation?

The WorldBedrooms only promotes contact between client and provider of accommodation after the acceptance of booking by the accommodation provider. This way you will not have to worry about anything else but to accept or reject a reservation leaving all the work of promotion and information of your property in charge of WorldBedrooms.

15. How and when do I receive the first rent?

According to the Terms and Conditions of the WorldBedrooms will be a transfer to you the first rent 24 hours after the client checkin date. This 24-hour waiting period is to Customer be able to confirm that your house is in accordance with what he rented. From the first rent, all other rents will be paid directly by the customer to you. Any deposit that required will be handled directly between you and the customer. This deposit, if required, must necessarily be included in the rent conditions on site.

16. What do you do with my personal information?

Your personal data is exclusively to get in touch with you if we need for some reason. Your personal data won’t be accessible to any third parties.

17. Who has access to my personal data?

Only WorldBedrooms will have access to your personal data.

18. How do I inform about my account number to receive payments?

Your account number is only indicated by you, accessing your private area.

19. What should I do if I want to change my bank account for receipts?

When entering your username and password in your private area you can modify any time all the information.
